Terms of service

You must provide accurate information, protect access to your account and use the platform lawfully. Makers are responsible for the accuracy of their profile, capabilities, offers and delivery commitments. Clients are responsible for accurate project requirements and rights to materials they upload.

Craft Center facilitates requests, offers, project communication and workflow records. An accepted offer creates the platform project record, but any separate commercial or regulatory obligations between participants remain their responsibility unless explicitly stated in a project agreement.

Do not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious or confidential material you do not have the right to share. We may suspend access, remove content or preserve records where needed to protect users, investigate abuse or comply with law.

Any applicable package fee, payment method, tax treatment, cancellation rule or refund condition will be shown before a payment is initiated. Payment availability may vary by country and provider.

We may improve, change or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. We will provide notice when a material change affects active paid functionality or legal rights.
